MEBLOŚCIANKA X+X

A full-scale prototype was built during
the 'Meblościanka 2008' workshop.

_about:
Meblościanka (furniture wall unit) was
a storage system inspired by modernistic
ideas and popularised in poland during
the communistic era. Due to negative
connotations, nowadays it is extinct.

The main aim of 'Meblościanka 2008'
workshop was to reintroduce the furniture
wall unit as an idea of modern furniture.
The 'Meblościanka X+X' is customizable
in shape (shelves rotate) and in pattern
(you can order a default or your own
photograph to be put on shelves), which
alltogether meets present customers
requirements.
